This Topaz crystal originates from one of the most famous and important sources for Topaz in Europe, the Schneckenstein in Saxonia, Germany. The Topaz is accompanied by white quartz crystals. This specimen shows two larger well terminated and many smaller wine yellow Topaz crystals with a size of up to 10 mm length, accompanied by fine Quartz crystals. The specimen is from an old finding. Today the Schneckenstein in Saxonia is a protected nature heritage – mining is not allowed in the area. The authenticity of this rare collector piece is guaranteed.
